A taste of France at Bitton – our first French Market of Spring 2025
Yesterday, Bitton Rose Bay came alive with the vibrant spirit of France as we hosted our very first French Market Spring 2025! It was a day filled with flavours, colours, community, and joy – bringing together locals, families, and friends to celebrate the best of French culture.
Bitton BBQ
Our team fired up the BBQ to serve up a crowd favourite: Merguez sausages on Brioche Gourmet hotdog rolls, topped with Bitton’s signature onion jam. Guests also enjoyed our Chilli Garlic prawns served on fluffy brioche buns – a true taste of the Mediterranean summer. It was street food with a Bitton twist, and every bite was full of flavour!

Table Manners
Representing beautiful French and European homeware brands, Table Manners inspired visitors with their collection of premium tableware, kitchenware, and home entertaining pieces. Their designs bring warmth, texture, and timeless style into every home.

French illustrator Emilie Fayat joined us with her unique talent – creating minimalist personalised illustrations on the spot. Families, couples, and even furry friends were brought to life with her clean lines and delicate style. Guests left with artworks they’ll treasure for years to come.

Maison Perrier
The team at Maison Perrier offered tastings of their two refreshing non-alcoholic drinks – the zesty Lemonjito and the floral Roselini. Both proved to be a hit, perfectly complementing the spring sunshine.
Bitton Products
Of course, no Bitton market is complete without our own gourmet range. Guests enjoyed exclusive market-day specials on our signature sauces, condiments, and hampers – the perfect way to bring a little Bitton into their own kitchens.
Fun for the little ones
No market is complete without a little fun for the kids! Our face-painting corner was buzzing all day, with happy little faces painted as butterflies, superheroes, and sparkling animals. The energy and smiles created the perfect family-friendly atmosphere.
