Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. During peak times, public holidays, or special promotions, processing may take a little longer but we always do our best to get your order out promptly.

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas only)
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and the size of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, keep an eye out!
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, our couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is home. If you’d prefer signature on delivery or have specific delivery instructions, please leave a note at checkout.
Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can resend it however, additional shipping charges will apply. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
