    Sohani brings decades of hands-on experience in running and scaling hospitality businesses. With deep knowledge in operations, HR, and team culture, she specialises in helping businesses optimise their structure and systems. From onboarding and offboarding, staff recruitment, scheduling and rostering, to creating strong operational foundations, Sohani works directly with business owners to remove inefficiencies and build high-performing teams. Her passion lies in supporting small business operators to thrive through clarity, structure, and confidence.

    With more than 35 years in the kitchen and beyond, David brings a chef’s precision and a restaurateur’s eye for detail. His consulting focus is on menu development, kitchen operations, supplier negotiations, customer experience, and creating a strong brand identity. David has a unique ability to translate creative vision into practical execution, helping venues craft memorable food experiences that keep guests coming back. From launching new concepts to refining established brands, David’s expertise is deeply grounded in hands-on experience, having held key positions at some of the world’s most respected establishments, including Disney Studios, La Fontaine, The Intercontinental, The Ritz-Carlton, The Windsor, and Sheraton on the Park.
