The Beginning
Established in 2000 with their cafe in Alexandria, it was in the household kitchen of David and Sohani that a unique range of gourmet products was lovingly created to meet the demand of locals who frequented their little café down the road.
Now you can find their cafe in Rose Bay.
Product Range
Overnight success was met with demand for more products and so the range of 'Bitton' products was born. From its humble beginnings the range has grown exponentially, now including more than 20 products that are sold in over 500 carefully selected fine food stores and Woolworths nationally.
Consulting
In 2012 the Bitton team branched out into a consulting business - Bitton Consulting offering various clients advice based on their own success and oversight within the food industry. With an experienced team lead by Sohani Bitton, we bring other people's culinary visions to life.
