Refund policy

If Bitton Gourmet supplies an incorrect product, please notify us on 02 9519 5111 immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or individual tastes. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Bitton Gourmet will replace the product at no additional cost.
