FAQs

Where are Bitton products made?

All Bitton products are lovingly crafted in Australia using high-quality ingredients. Inspired by French flavours and perfected in the Bitton family kitchen, they bring restaurant-quality taste straight to your home.

Can I buy the same products served in your cafés?

Yes! Everything you see in our cafés - from our famous dressings to our signature spice pastes and jams - is available for purchase online so you can enjoy the same flavours at home.

Where else can I buy Bitton products in-store?

You can find our full range at our Bitton Bistros in:

  • Alexandria
  • Rose Bay

A selection is also available in over 500 fine food stores across the East Coast through Cartel & Co, as well as a limited range in select Woolworths stores nationally. We always recommend calling ahead to check stock availability.

Do you offer gift options?

Absolutely. Our products make beautiful gifts for food lovers. Many customers pair dressings, jams or sauces together, or choose our branded merchandise such as cups and totes. Gift cards and curated gift packs may also be available depending on the season.

I’m buying products as a gift - can you ship directly to the recipient?

Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. You can also leave a gift message in your order notes, and our team will include it in the parcel.

Each product has its own best-before date, printed on the label. Unopened, most sauces, dressings, jams and spice pastes have a long shelf life. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating and consuming within the indicated timeframe for maximum freshness.

Many Bitton products are naturally gluten-free or vegan. Check the individual product page for dietary information, ingredients and allergen details. If you have a specific sensitivity, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
