The French Market Returned to Bitton Rose Bay — A Sun-Filled Celebration of Community & French Flavours
On Sunday, 2nd November 2025, Bitton Rose Bay came alive with sunshine, local creativity, and a touch of Parisian charm for the long-awaited return of the French Market. From 9 am to 2 pm, our terrace transformed into a vibrant spring marketplace, filled with gourmet aromas, artisan stalls, and the unmistakable warmth of our community.
A Perfect Spring Morning by the Bay
This year’s edition welcomed spring in true French-Australian style. Locals and visitors wandered through the buzzing market lanes, sipped coffee in the sun, enjoyed freshly made crêpes, and discovered unique creations from talented makers and food artisans.
Families, friends, and long-time Bitton lovers gathered together, turning the event into a joyful celebration of connection, flavour, and small-business creativity, exactly what the French Market was created for.

Our friends at @bondiliquorco poured samples of their coastal-inspired spirits and bright small-batch cocktails — a crowd favourite and the perfect complement to a warm spring morning.
Lomarra
The beautiful team from @lomarra shared their organic, nature-inspired home and body products, handmade with intention, care, and earthy goodness. Their stall added a peaceful, fresh energy to the market.
Bitton Gourmet
Of course, no French Market would be complete without Bitton’s own signature flavours. Guests stocked up on our famous sauces, jams, jellies, and Xmas hampers, ready for the festive season ahead — while enjoying crêpes hot off the pan and coffees poured by the Bitton team.

From start to finish, the French Market was a heartwarming reminder of why we love Rose Bay: a neighbourhood that embraces good food, local makers, and the joy of gathering together.
