A fine balsamic vinegar reduced slowly with the fresh orange and a hint of chilli. This silky rich caramelised dressing is superb with a Caprese or fennel orange and pistachio salad. Brush it on as a glaze for chicken or fresh scallops. Bon appetit!

Great products

Have been using the chilli orange balsamic for years now. On most salads. Guests always ask what is this yummy stuff. I pretend I made it but for those I know well I confess. And sometimes I have made it by adding other ingredients. Makes a great gift.
