Chilli Jam

A recipe that is a constant in the Bitton home- our version of a Chilli Jam. A little bit spicy, a little bit sweet, a lot of flavour- this is a jam with a twist that you will quickly become addicted to. Spread over a pizza base, marinate a whole chicken, use on any sandwich for a spicy layer of flavour, add a spoonful to your stir- fried rice or green vegetables. Perfect on your morning eggs.
