We are very excited to announce David Bitton as the face of the stylish, forward thinking kitchen appliance company Kleenmaid. The brand was relaunched last night at the Kleenmaid showroom in Alexandria following a series of exclusive video invitations presented by David Bitton.
For centuries, the wealthy would partake in meals that consisted of several courses of carefully prepared dishes designed to excite the senses. This was achieved through the use of colour, spices that were as valuable as gold and presentation that offered visual entertainment.
We hope everyone had a nice Christmas and new year with lots of good food, wine and even better company. During the festive season, we only closed over the public holidays and are now back to regular trading hours.
Having fresh produce at my finger tips in the backyard when I was growing up in France, was something I didn’t consider a luxury until now. We had eighty pear, three cherry, one fig, one hazelnut, one raspberry and two apple trees.
We’re on the road to Wingham to visit Donna Carrier, owner of the Bent On Food cooking school and Bent On Life home wares store that has a French provincial feel. It’s a great feeling to know that Bitton products are loved 328km away from our flagship store in Alexandria.
Our first Saturday night open was a huge success thanks to all our regulars and many new customers who we’re sure to be seeing again soon. Making the decision to extend our trading hours has been in the plans for a long time due to overwhelming requests.
