The Bitton and Kleenmaid teams recently spent a morning together preparing recipes that will be taught at the Kleenmaid Culinary Creations Cooking Classes.

Since becoming the Culinary Ambassador of Kleenmaid, I’ve had the pleasure of working on some fantastic projects.

The Bitton and Kleenmaid teams recently spent a morning together preparing recipes that will be taught at the Kleenmaid Culinary Creations Cooking Classes. These classes are held in kitchen galleries across NSW and QLD.

Once all the ingredients were prepped, I began testing the recipes on various appliances.

I cooked the prawns 2 ways – on the Domino Barbeque

and on the Induction Cooktop

To showcase the versatility of the Steam Oven, I used it to grill the baguettes as well as steam the beans. The barramundi and lamb were seared on the Induction Cooktop and finished in the Pyrolytic Oven. The risotto was also cooked on the Induction Cooktop.
