Chilli garlic masala

We love our chilli. I grow about 5 different chilli plants every year to try. This gave my very old Ceylonese chicken curry recipe a good lift. Thank you.

A definite staple

I love the chilli garlic masala because it makes it so easy to put together a really tasty dinner quickly - just marinate the chicken in this and some yoghurt, BBQ it and add a salad!

awesome and versitle

we love using this chilli garlic masala as a marinate for prawns before grilling them on the bbq. we've used it as a stir fry paste, has a proper kick to it. beautiful flavours, so handy to have in the fridge and use it when we're feeling too lazy to make our own chilli garlic or sambal paste
